DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time for each product can be found on the respective product detail page. If several products with varying delivery times are ordered, they will be compiled into one delivery as long as the delivery time is acceptable. Otherwise, already available products will be sent in advance at our own expense.

2. ITEM IN STOCK
If there is no delivery time on the respective product detail page mentioned the item is in stock and ready for shipping within 24 hours.

Please note: Depending on the payment method, the dispatch time of stocked items may vary. When an order is paid for via credit card or on account, dispatch generally occurs on the day the order was placed. Via prepayment, the parcel is dispatched / the manufacturing process is started only after receipt of payment.

3. INDIVIDUAL DELIVERY
You can’t find your country in the list above?
No problem, we ship nearly everywhere, just contact us and we will send you an individual offer of the shipping costs. 


4. DELIVERY TIME IN WEEKS
The item is not in stock and will be ordered from the studios as soon as we receive your order. On the product detail page, you will find the number of weeks it will take for this item to be delivered to your home. Please understand that delivery times are dependent on production periods and therefore subject to change. If this happens, you will be notified via e-mail. You can check your order’s delivery status and delivery time anytime in your customer account if you are registered and logged in.

5. SHIPMENT
According to the value and the conditions oft he goods we are shipping the orders competently, safely and insured via UPS, DHL oder a special art logistic company.

6. DAMAGES AND COMPLAINTS
Before we pack your order carefully and professionally, we check its condition for intactness. In single cases, however, damages may occur during transport. For this reason, we ask you to carefully check if each item is complete and if anything was damaged during transport. If the delivery is damaged it is absolutely necessary immediately to take pictures of the damaged packaging before opening.
If despite all our care transport damages have occurred, we recommend to decline the delivery or sign the delivery receipt with the note “under reserve”.
To help us to send you an intact copy as quickly as possible, please notify us (contact@editionvantreeck.com) as well as the carrier of the damage in writing as soon as you can, latest within 2 days. 
In case of delivery damages please send us digital photos of the damages via contact@editionvantreeck.com stating your invoice number. This way, we can file a proper damage report with our insurance company so you may quickly receive a replacement.
Of course, the above-stated information in no way limits your statutory warranty claims but simply express our plea for your cooperation in the case of transport damages.

7. PREPAYMENT & BANK TRANSFER
After completing the order you receive an automated order confirmation e-mail with all necessary information, including our bank details. Please transfer the invoice amount as quickly as possible. We can only start processing your order after receipt of payment. The order process proceeds (manufacturing and shipment) after your payment has reached our account.

8. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Payment by credit cards are accepted and operated via STRIPE. (www.stripe.com)

9. CASH PAYMENT
For online orders we also accept cash payment connected with pick-up of the items at our showroom during our opening hours. In this case please contact us by phone for prior agreement.
